Goyal Development Sustainability & Resilient Homes Scholarship

At Goyal Development, we understand that today’s homes must do much more than look good – they must withstand tomorrow’s challenges: urban flooding, fire risk, regulatory complexity, design-evolution, and cost pressures. A leaking rooftop, followed by inadequate repair, can cascade into mold, structural damage, and compliance headaches.

A fire in a utility zone may lead to re-wiring, redesign, insurance claims and renovations. In short: building or restoring a home is never simply about painting walls. It’s about integrating structure, code, design, sustainability and affordability in one fluent process.

The Prize
One student will receive a USD 500/- award. The winning essay will be published on the Goyal Development website to help educate homeowners, contractors and policymakers.

Who Can Apply
High school seniors, undergraduates or postgraduate students in the USA or Canada. Applicants must be enrolled in or accepted at an accredited college, university or institute.

Length: 1,500–2,000 words.

Students can choose any of the above options.
Must include real-world examples, case-studies or well-thought hypothetical scenarios.
