CEIS - Ramirez Family Memorial Scholarship

UPDATE 1/15/25: Award amount is $1,000

The Ramirez Family Memorial Scholarship was created in memory of CPP graduate Mary Ramirez ’67 to provide scholarships to Latino/a/x undergraduate students pursuing teaching careers.

Criteria:

• Cumulative GPA: 3.0 or greater
• Enrollment : full-time during award period at CPP
• Major: Liberal Studies Pre-credential and Liberal Studies, ITEP, – Early Childhood Studies options: Early childhood Teaching, Multilingual Teaching, ITEP, and P-3
• Undergraduate junior, senior or credential at disbursement
• Supplemental Question: How do your education, involvements and experiences promote or represent Latino/a/x students pursuing a teaching career?
