Engineering - CME - Pat and Usha lyer Endowed Scholarship

Award Period: Fall 2025

Criteria:

• Open to current Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and Senior.
• Major must be in Chemical & Materials Engineering
• Must demonstrate an interest in Materials Engineering
• Must be enrolled full-time (12 or more units) during the awarding period
• Explain your interest in Material Engineering in the general application (you may go back and edit your General Application Essay response if need be).

Selected applications will be auto-matched based on their completed general application.

As a scholarship recipient, you will be invited to attend the College of Engineering Scholarship Conferral luncheon in Fall 2025 (tentatively scheduled September 25, 2025). We highly recommend that you make every effort to attend, as this is a unique opportunity for you to meet the donor.
