ENV - Art - The Art Department Scholarship for Diverse Voices
The Art Department Scholarship for Diverse Voices was established in 2020 to increase accessibility for students from diverse and/or socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds who are pursuing studies in Art, Art History, or Visual Communication Design. The goal is to increase the diversity and inclusive culture within the department. This scholarship will be awarded annually to a different student from the disciplines –Art, Art History, and Visual Communication Design (Graphic Design).
Criteria:
- Open to juniors (60-89 earned semester units) or seniors (90 or more earned semester units) to be considered (first-time transfers admitted in fall 2024 may apply)
- Must be enrolled full-time, 12 units or more, at the time of disbursement
- Must be majoring in Art History or Visual Communication Design
- Must have CPP GPA of 3.25 or higher
- Complete supplemental requirements
The award amount may change based on available funding.
