CLASS - Dr. Toni-Mokjaetji Humber Memorial Book Scholarship

The Dr. Toni-Mokjaetji Humber Memorial Book Scholarship was established in memory of Dr. Toni-Mokjaetji Humber, a former elementary school teacher, who joined the University faculty of the Department of Ethnic and Women’s Studies in 1995 and taught courses on African studies, Africa and Black culture. She retired in 2010 but continued to teach on campus until 2016. The scholarship was established to provide financial assistance for educational expenses for 10 students annually through a $500 scholarship each (disbursed as $250 in fall and $250 in spring)

Must be enrolled in 6 or more units to receive disbursement
Minimum 2.0 CPP or Cumulative GPA
Open to California and non-California residents/US Citizens and non-citizens/International
