CLASS - Chief Kimberly A. Plater Endowed Scholarship

The endowed scholarship was established in honor of Chief Kimberly Plater’s 12 years of service to Cal Poly Pomona. Plater retired in summer 2002 and asked that donations be made to a scholarship in lieu of any gifts. The focus of this scholarship is to recognize students who are volunteering in the community as she was a volunteer her whole life, starting out as a Brownie, and she learned as a very small child the importance of giving back to the community.
