TELACU College Success Program

The College Success Program (CSP) is a comprehensive support system for its participants throughout their college experience and beyond! While we provide financial awards and stipends, we are NOT just a scholarship. Please read the “TELACU College Success Program – Summary” for a little more info about our services, eligibility criteria, and participant requirements.

Eligibility and Priority Criteria:
First-generation college student
Demonstrate financial need
Minimum 2.5 GPA
Enrolled full-time in a four-year institution
Permanent resident within the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, or San Bernardino
STEM or Business major (preferred)

To begin the application process:
1.Click on the appropriate link below to start your online application. Follow the instructions on the Google Form to move through the online application. You can start and stop filling in the application responses at any time and can return, if you are not able to complete it in one sitting.
2.Carefully review and follow the instructions on the Google Form Application to submit your Supporting Documentation to the CSP team.
3.Once your complete Google Form Application is submitted online AND your electronic supporting documents have been emailed, the CSP team will email you with a confirmation. Please note you will NOT receive a confirmation email until all components of the application and supporting documents have been fulfilled.
4. All applications AND supporting documents must be submitted by our deadline: Wednesday, May 15, 2023 no later than 5:00pm (PDT).
