CLASS - Dr. Sonia Blackman and Dr. James Bell Endowed Scholarship

Dr. Sonia Blackman and Dr. James Bell Endowed Scholarship is for CLASS majors who have experienced and overcome barriers in their lives.

Award Period: 2023-2024

Criteria:

  • Open to current sophomores, juniors, and seniors
  • Must be a College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences major
  • Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Must have demonstrated financial need at the time of awarding (As determined by completed 2023-2024 FAFSA/ California Dream Act Application)
  • Complete supplemental requirements
